We had an one bedroom water retreat with slide. The villa was amazing. He had an issue with the opening roof but the staff took care of it immediately and made it working. Because of that they gave us as a gift a complimentary breakfast, one massage per person and a bottle of wine. Finally everyone is happy and we will go back again soon. Special thanks to Mrs. Eve for making arrangements and to the general manager of the hotel They know how to fix everything fast. Very nice

The services of the travel agent were beyond expectations. They know their job well and has covered all possible pain points . It is obvious that they have a passion for this work and understand the needs of the traveller. All requirements were accommodated very nicely and communication was transparent all through the trip. I highly recommend his services. I would use his services again were I to travel to Nepal again. Which I probably would. Mr. Bholu - our personal driver and the travel agency he works for made a splendid holidays for us. We're are over the moon and we'll recommend the services of this travel agency. Accommodation in the hotels and all the attractions were well selected and close to the main landmarks. We spent a really wonderful time in both countries driving across India and Nepal with our personal chauffer Vivek who took care of us during our private tour purchased by TR. Accommodation was really highly rated in mist of the places , all the facilities were working, breakfast was decent Food was sometimes spicy but we went for some pasta and Indiana bread that was really tasty The driver and the company approach was professional and highly rated. The car was quite new, the driver always on time and always ready to help. Vivek is a kind and helpful employee. The company should be proud of such a worker. All in all, everything was really good and fine. We're fully satisfied.

Really well organised tour with a varied itinerary and a great driver who showed us all those beautiful places and took for rafting and paragliding! That was exhilarating but also very nice.
